The Feedback, Assessment & Integrity for Professional Development (FAI-PD) is specifically designed for staff who have previously completed the EAT-PD: Enabling Academic Transitions through Professional Development Programme. This programme will concentrate on enhancing your skills in Assessment and Feedback, building on the active learning strategies introduced in the previous EAT-PD programme.
The programme will commence in Semester 2 of the Academic Year 2025-26. To enable participation, successful applicants will once again have their assigned teaching load reduced by 1 hour for 15 weeks (subject to approval by the Head of Department/Function). However, the delivery model for the Feedback, Assessment & Integrity for Professional Development is yet to be confirmed, but a supportive and engaging learning environment is assured.
Why Participate?
- Enhance Feedback Skills: Deepen your understanding of effective feedback mechanisms that engage students with the assessment process and work in large classroom contexts.
- Build on Academic Integrity: Explore the assessment and academic integrity challenges and opportunities posed by generative AI
- Collaborative Environment: Join a community of colleagues to share insights and experiences.
