CROP@MTU – Responsible Study Campaign

CROP is about integrity and ownership: valuing your own voice, your own effort, and your own achievements. Using AI responsibly is part of that. By engaging with CROP, you’re building habits that will help you both at university and beyond. Discuss CROP in your classroom to develop awareness, understanding and values of using AI responsibly.

CROP (Create it, Own it, be Proud of it) is MTU’s campaign for Responsible Study. It’s about valuing your own ideas, using new tools like AI responsibly, and taking pride in your work. Through awareness campaigns and GenAI literacy training, CROP helps staff and students build the skills to study, teach, and research with integrity. CROP@MTU is led by the Registrar’s Office, with support from the Library as part of MTU’s commitment to Responsible Study.
