A leadership programme specifically designed for senior management within the Technological Higher Education Sector in Ireland. This programme addresses leadership behaviour that encourages a more effective leadership style.
- Encourages leadership that imbues equity, diversity, and inclusivity in an authentic yet efficient and effective manner.
- Addresses leading in Higher Education within a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environment.
- Develops a peer networking group across own institution and the entire Technological Higher Education sector in Ireland.
- Optional Level 9 accreditation of a Special Purpose Award Certification.
- Effective Leadership for an Inclusive Higher Education (10 credits).
