Work space/desks are allocated by your line manager. When you have been allocated space you will need to be set up on the CIT network. This requires an intranet point near your desk. Most of the offices in CIT will have intranet points. If you are taking a space from someone who has moved somewhere else then there should be a point (with a number above it which you may need) and it should be active.

Staff either have their own phone on their desk or share one with other staff members in the office. New phone requests must be requested from and approved by the Head of Function who must send an email to Servicedesk@cit.ie.

All desk phones and corporate mobile phones are supported by IT Services. If you are sharing a desk phone or move office, you must contact the IT Servicedesk so that your details can be updated on the system.
