The key research findings were as follows:

  • Sustainability of Project Spraoi lies in the development of community-based partners across the social, educational and political spectrum of Cork.
  • Innovative methods of sponsorship through the retrogradeinv estigation of previous successful partnerships.

The key teaching and learning findings were as follows:

  • Models of leadership and how it is nurtured within an environment with a shared mental model
  • The concept of behaviour change across multiple domains can be best delivered through the Edwards Leverage Model of Interaction.
